She did say the person involved was the father of her children, and it is known she has kids with Rice, whom the Chiefs selected in the second round. Rice's Prior Off-Field Troubles Rice was absent for the first six games of this season following an league-mandated ban for his involvement in causing a multi-vehicle accident on a Texas roadway that left several individuals hurt. Rice was given a month of incarceration and probationary supervision after entering a guilty plea to serious offenses. Statistically, he concluded the year with 53 receptions for 571 receiving yards and five touchdowns as the Kansas City finished with a losing record and missed the playoffs for the first time in a decade.
